The naturally
frozen grapes for our 2004 Vidal Icewine were hand-picked
on December 6, 2004. The result is a sweet concentrated
flavor with rich tropical aromas of apricot, mango and
papaya that dominate the bouquet. Bold fruit flavors
of apricot, raisins and pear, balanced with fine acidity,
caress the palate and conclude with an exquisite silky
finish. Enjoy with cheese, fresh fruit and desert or
sipped after a meal on its own. Serve chilled.
